DESCRIPCION DE LA OFERTA
Experience:
• 6 or more years of relevant work experience in related field, specialized training.
• Greenbelt and/or DFSS training and certification (nice to have)
• ITIL foundation certification (nice to have)
• Must include project management experience.
• Experience creating work plans, setting and tracking project schedules
• Must know Microsoft office (including MS project)
• Has achieved proficiency in the role of Project Leader, or in a Function which involves substantial project work and team leadership.
• Has a comprehensive knowledge of Project Management life-cycles.
• Specialized training desirable (e.g. internal training in project life cycle management)

Skills required:
• Provides leadership in a wide variety of technical areas and situations.
• Negotiates firmly but sensitively with:
o Senior Business and Technologies management;
o Out-task partners;
o Colleagues and subordinates.
• Communicates fluently and convincingly, both in meetings and discussions as well as through major reports and presentations using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Displays adaptability and flexibility to deal with the non-routine or unexpected situations.
• Develop and recommend project management controls for assigned projects
• Handle all internal and external contacts with courtesy, diplomacy, and tact.
• Facilitate resolutions to conflicts and disagreements
• Organize information clearly and precisely
• Research, extract and analyze statistics and other information and prepare comprehensive reports
