Experience:
• 5+ years experience developing specifications for, coding, testing and implementing complex applications
• Experience developing specifications for, coding, testing and implementing complex applications using the following technologies:
o CICS Web Services
o CLIST
o COBOL
o HTML
o JavaScript
o REXX
o SAS
o XML
• Development experience with DB2, SQL, and CA-Top Secret
• Development experience with security-related applications

Skill Requirements:
• Strong business partner focus
• Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills
• Must have high level of professionalism, sense of urgency and ability to effectively deal with critical situations
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Good conceptual understanding of Information Security
• Proven ability to work well in a Team environment but also capable of working independently
• Able to work on varied technical support tasks reflecting the full software development lifecycle – requirements, documentation, coding, unit/QA/UAT testing, implementation, post- implementation troubleshooting and resolution
