MISSION:
To direct, promote, and coordinate agronomy operations in a manner that will optimize resources, improve the efficiency, help achieve the mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Position requires supervision of employees in multiple locations of the country (Guatemala). Must be motivated and geared toward growth in competitive environment.

WE REQUIRE:
5 years agronomy experience, 2-3 years management experience. Qualified candidates will possess strong managerial and operational knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead as well as delegate responsibilities to those working for him/her.
