Description
The Talent Research Analyst supports the casework of the Talent Recruitment team by identifying and executing analysis of sourcing channels to identify potential candidate pipelines and meet recruiting demand. Conduct labor market analysis projects including competitor scan, talent accessibility, local market conditions, etc. This role also defines standards and reusable research and analytical approaches to support sourcing.
Principal Accountabilities
Drawing upon basic employment knowledge and experience, ensure Talent Recruiting sourcing needs are met.
Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo), process enhancements, and Taleo analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in research and sourcing activities.
Utilizes basic recruitment subject matter expertise to partner with Talent Recruitment professionals (e.g. Strategic Recruitment Managers, Talent Sourcing Specialists, Recruiters, etc.) regarding sourcing and labor market strategies.
Draws upon general knowledge of research techniques to perform analysis activities (e.g. market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors, trend analysis, etc.) to support recruitment processes and be able to influence the business-functions.
Assists in developing, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics to drive improvements of overall sourcing and selection practices.
Utilize established processes to ensure compliance through consistent and accurate results.
Coordinates accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance of policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in an HR Analyst role, preferably in recruiting
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Previous exposure to proactive sourcing or pipelining candidates
Awareness of industry and labor market trends
Ability to gather, analyze and intepret data and present in a professional manner
Awareness of employment law and diversity recruiting strategies
Experience in data mining and lead generation
Experience with a recruiting ATS-CRM systems such as Taleo, Avature, etc
Experience using social media for recruiting purposes such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.
Flexibility-adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift
Ability to pay attention to detail, manage multiple priorities and multitask
Solid organizational skills and detail orientation
Strong process management skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery
Professional language proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of employment laws (North America)
Previous recruiting, sourcing or recruitment coordination experience
