Strategy with expertise in Specialty Business
• Develop, implement and executes the strategic and operational plans for the brands in charge and prepare the market for the launch, deliver a successful launch and optimize the brand across its lifecycle.
• Leads the mapping of key stakeholders and the patient journey analysis in key public institutions
• Responsible for providing alternative / innovative ways for access (private insurances as an example)
• Utilizes insights from the cross-functional teams, market research and competitor intelligence to develop and implement strategic and operational plans
• Works with medical experts across disciplines to build relationships and gain an understanding of their needs in disease management and utilize their expertise in the area to deliver successful communication events including PR
• Drives consistent execution of product strategy across the cross-functional team using appropriate KPIs
• Monitors business performance and the external environment and takes corrective actions as required to meet business objectives
• Develops sales forecast and ensures key tracking metrics are in place
• Coordinates with the supply chain to ensure inventory availability and launch readiness
• In case of create a POP (Patient Oriented Program) is responsible of developing, execute and close the program, ensuring appropriate documentation, register and approval of the program itself and the vendors, as well as to execute every POP according to global and local regulations and laws, establishing the appropriate controls and KPIs needed to ensure transparency on the program execution.
• Suggest, coordinate and implement market research when needed
• Manages the marketing budget and tracks promotional spend
