Job Purpose:
Ensure the quality and knowledge´s level in pathology, treatment, brand, competitors and selling skills on the Field Force in order for them to excellence, all the strategies from different CoE´s to surpass their objectives in the year.
1.To build annually the training plan for all Field Force on the Region.
2.To set up the Medical Trainers Network (MeT Net) and coordinate the training in every country according needs and plan.
3.Deliver the Selling Skills trainings on the region according to the plan and detected needs.
4.To coordinate and provide training materials into the training process (Manuals, Clinical Studies)
5.To implement two or three rounds of General testing in CAC yearly
6.Join some Reps in Field the ensure the implementation of key learning
7.Support the different Category Brands Managers in new launchings
8.Support to Head of Sales in Coaching training for Managers
9.Implement automatized tool in CAC
10. Mentor some People who are in Development plans or in Job Rotation.
11.Ensure the implementation of new projects regarded with training area
12.Implement the new philosophies of calls (from Situational Leadership to Managing the performance (Up-Skilling)
