Lead in charge of the Integrated Close process as part of the Finance Full Suite implementation program for Latin America. The objective is the effective and timely delivery of the multi-system roll out including the establishment of a new standard operating model which will help drive synergies and savings for the Finance organization. Lead the Transition Team for the Integrated Close Group during the Full Suite Implementation Build detail activity plans for implementation of the key components in alignment with the Regional Implementation Lead directions, execute activities and ensure deadlines are met. Provide subject matter expertise in FDL /Close /adjustment processes to the country being implemented Provide subject matter expertise in Management Reporting, Allocations and Attribution processes to the country being implemented Acts as a champion for business process changes; act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related or tangential to the project. Partner with the Implementation team and any other appropriate organization (GPO, GFDS, other FRO units) on driving process standardization and smooth platform implementation. Educate the country on proper use of the different elements of the Finance Full Suite pertaining to FDL/Close and Adjustment processes. Provide customized test scenarios and scripts for the country at hand based on test strategy. Execute/review test scripts for functionality configured for the Country being implemented Lead the UAT along the country and defect resolution.
