Full Suite – GENESIS OMBC Lead Is responsible for overall coordination of the OMBC reconciliation process in GENESIS for Full Suite entities. Coordinates required action and troubleshooting, whether it be within GENESIS (DRA Adjustment, GENESIS Parametrization), in Full Suite (parametrization, enrichments, FMA Adjustment, Other), in GFTS Support (Product Processor data), or Regional/Country team (enrichments, Product Processor data)Responsibilities include:Manage relationships with key business owners and subject matter expertsFunctions include managing the team in charge of the monthly operations cycleMain point of customer contact for operations related questions and day-to-day issues.Primary source of contact for troubleshooting Systems issues, including complex issues.Also fulfill a consultative role for customers attempting to solution a System related problem, acquisition or conversion.Monitor the OMBC procesResearch and determine causes for breaks and orphansCoordinate needed remediation actions with Regional/Country, GFTS, GENESIS Operations/Maintenance and DRAMaintain OMBC KPIsCommunicate results to senior management
