Dailyactivities:BAU management of Set-up for Charge-out processTimely and effective escalation management for any business queries related to Charge-outsProvidingguidance tocomplex queriesLeading and managing day-to-day business calls with key stake holderProcess updates to Global Process Lead and RPLCore responsibilities:Manage the set-up process for Intercompany Charge process in CR.Participate in strategy session with Tampa/Mumbai and execution at process levelWork onthe overall set-up, planning schedule and agreement with FP&A and Controllers groupLead reengineering initiatives to enhance the process workflow and controls in the processSME contribution / Lead Globalset-ups and align changes required in APS for various initiativesWork closely with Mumbai and Tampa in managing the overall set-up processManage senior stake holder in Controllers and FP&A groups and lead various callsLead UAT, result evaluation and recommendations on various system enhancements and work closely with APS Development teamsComplex trouble shooting for end-to-endManaging auditsKey Deliverables:Effective management of Set-up for Charge-out BAU process and ensuring all deliverable are met as per agreed PLASuccessful implementation of set-up Charge-out strategy and global initiatives
