Engineer will work on Global Supply Chain process and Server Automation software area. This area is on charge of automate across the complete operational lifecycle of servers on the Factories. This includes bare-metal provisioning, patch management, software deployment, configuration management, code deployment and rollback, audit and compliance.

Role Overview:
1. At least 1 year experience in similar positions
2. Design and implement new functionality for the Global Supply Servers Automation– functionality that will work on multiple hardware architectures
3. Scripting: Perl, Python, XML, others
4. Find solutions on time to customer specific issues related to specific configuration
5. Work on performance and scalability improvements
6. Work with other teams towards achieving consistency across applications layers
7. During the first months, the candidate will be working only with the company servers, providing support to all necessary request including but not limited to hard drive, changing interfaces, motherboards, among others
8. Will work according to a checklist but should be able to find errors/bugs in the servers

Technical Skills and Experiences:
• Engineer on Computer Science, Electronics or Similar
• Good problem solving skills and strong computer science fundamentals
• Solid programing skills in at least 2 scripting languages (in order of priority): TCL, Perl, Python, Bash and PHP or similar
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating system and software development under Linux
• Looking to build a career path in this IT area and willing to learn a few programming methods
• Troubleshooting skills
• English proficiency

Additional skills desired:
• Knowledge in automation of test cases and development of automation framework and libraries
• Knowledge with Agile development and testing methodologies
• Programming knowledge in object oriented programing languages live Java and C/C++

- Shift: Monday to Friday / 8 am to 5 pm
