QSHE Specifics
· Ensure that QSHE Management System is an active tool in the regular activities of the company, followed in all levels and in accordance with applicable norms and standards.

· Monitor measure and analyze processes and the adherence to the quality standards and applicable documents, evaluate the need for action to follow them, start-up corrective action with the responsible of the area and cooperate with areas to take actions in order to achieve expected results.

· Ensure that the work environment is healthy and safe for all employees.

· Review and update QSHE Management System, in close work with the involved areas.

· Evaluate internal and external information about the administration of the QSHE.

· Identify opportunities for improvements and start up actions.

· Evaluate and qualify critical suppliers.

· Suggest improvements and actions for regional implementation.

· Must be compliance with all QSHE System requirements and guidelines, including the health and security regulations in his working area. In case of emergencies must follow the emergencies manual and those learned schemes in the evacuation exercise.

· Must be responsible for the appropriate compliance with KN environmental programs always looking for a sustainable development.

· Supply periodically reports to the Regional Quality Management regarding the status and actions of the local QSHE Management System.

Managemnet Support

· Supply subsidies for the Management Review; organize this activity in close teamwork with the NM.

· Inform the Management about the efficiency of the QSHE Management System.

· Coordinate improvements and corrections, and inform the Management about the relevant corrective / preventive measures.



Audit Process

· Plan and perform internal audits.

· Coordinate external audits (External, Customer).

· Provide support to the Business Units in the implementation, monitoring and internal certification for GXP, KN Engine Chain, KN Secure Chain as per global targets stablished by Kuehne + Nagel at Corporate or Regional Level.


Internal & External Activities
· Be responsible for employees QSHE inductions.

· Organize and coordinate all training related to QSHE activities, planning, registration and conduction in accordance with the KN standards, working together with Human Resources in issues like TMT, etc.

· Carry out benchmarking activities with the other Quality Managers of the Region.

· Have contact and close teamwork with the Quality Managers of the Customer (when applicable).

· Handling complaints efficiently and satisfactory in accordance to the KN standards.

· Carry out annually customer satisfaction surveys and give them an appropriate follow up of the actions that would derivate of this surveys

· Responsible for offering a service of quality to our customers.


Requirements to Candidates


Minimum: Superior degree

· Preferable: Post Graduation

· Area: International Commerce / Logistics / Administration or similar

· Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position, if newly hired

· Minimum experience of 2 years in the company, if an employee is going to be promoted as ZQ

· Operational knowledge of KN procedures

· General knowledge in KN operations Systems

· Auditor ISO 9001

· Auditor ISO 14001 Norm

· Auditor OSHAS 18001

· Complementary technical quality formation.

· Fluent English level, both verbal and written

· Availability to travel at least once per month
