Descripción de la Oferta

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Manager reports directly to the CEO and is primarily responsible for the strategic growth and direction as well as the day to day operations of the company. He/she will have general oversight of multiple locations including the warehouse while aggressively exploring avenues for expansion of the brand. The incumbent will ensure that profits are maximized and customers consistently receive excellent customer service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Monitoring the performance of the Supervisors, sales team, line staff and CSR’s through a defined and established reporting and communication systems involving sales reports, meetings and other means of electronic mediums.
• Monitor and report on the purchasing and maintenance of inventory levels of all products and to develop and maintain procedures relating to incoming and dispatching of stock.
• Managing the negotiation process of wholesaler acquisitions and sub-contractors for the provision of services.
• Pursues avenues for expansion by analysing the productivity levels of each store and developing an action plan to enable rapid growth and profitability.
• Maintaining a high quality and consistent standard of service delivery by obtaining operational efficiency, analysing workflow, systems and procedures.
• Continuously improve product offerings through analysing customer and competitor analysis; to create and improve current and future product and service listings to maintain and establish new customers and business opportunities.
• Assisting in the development of marketing plans and promotional programs to increase customer awareness both externally and internally.
• Improving the target reach by analysing market trends, keeping abreast on evolving trends in supply chain management, sales tactics, pricing strategies, and revenue maximization.
• Manage, develop, coach and motivate staff through product knowledge and skills development, providing feedback and the creation of action plans and measurable goals to ensure that professional standards are achieved and monthly targets and KPI’s are met.
• Preparing annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts, setting sales targets and implementing cost control measures.
• Conducting sales and business reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and sales team performance to ensure the alignment of Company policies and goals.
• Ensuring stores are properly merchandised and products are attractively displayed.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in retail sales and logistics management preferably in an organisation with multiple branches.
• Excellent business acumen with an entrepreneurial style.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve a high level of personal and professional success
• Excellent analytical, time management, problem-solving and research skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills
• Proven track record in attaining sales targets, customer retention and delivering on set targets.
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of budgeting, revenue forecasting and inventory management.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of work in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Project Management including planning, organising, measuring and delivering goals and objectives.
