Brillio is ramping our operations in Escazu, Costa Rica.
We are looking for "Contracts Administrator" for our Escazu office starting from May 2nd, 2017.
Language Requirement: English, Spanish and Portuguese
Duration: 12 + months

Job Description
• Process Contract Documentation using provided tooling
• Utilize FAQ to respond to customer inquiries related to Contract Documentation
• Follow workflow documentation to determine correct Contract types and next steps
• Maintain both new incoming requests as well as ongoing requests which required additional follow up to complete
Required Skills
• Language skills: English and Spanish and Portuguese
• General background and/or training and knowledge working within a billing, invoicing, and/or office atmosphere
• Basic computer program and application skills including the following: o Understand and apply general Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, OneNote, and work-flow functions and principles
• Ability to process work in high stress situations
