Brillio is ramping our operations in Escazu, Costa Rica.
We are looking for "Support Specialist Agent" for our Escazu office starting from May 2nd, 2017.
Language Requirement: English, Spanish and Portuguese
Duration: 12 + months

Ability to follow a well-defined work flow, Documentation, processes and policies
Be customer centric, understand the circumstances and desired outcome of any incident to
appropriately review and advocate for the appropriate action.
Ability to manage your time carefully and work under pressure on multiple different cases
without compromising on quality
Proven analytic problem solving skills and a logical approach to taking the most appropriate
action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable you to articulate complex problems
concisely.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Excellent written and oral additional language skills in Spanish and Portuguese
Demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
Aptitude for IT and Technology and comprehensive understanding of Latest technologies
Basic understanding of ITIL/Service Management processes
