Major Duties: Provide technical support over the phone and e-mail to end users. -Follow defined procedures to support users in multiple technologies.-Log customer requests and follow up through completion. -Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support organization.Required Skills: Willing to work evenings and Graveyard shifts. -Technical background or experience with remote support of Networked Environments including VPN, Windows, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office.-Great customer service skills. -Call center experience. -Fully bilingual English / Spanish.-Required Experience 2 to 4 years experience
