2+ years experience as a people manager (mandatory requirement). Excellent communication (English) skills both verbal and written.
3+ years experience in technical support operations.
Contact center operations experience required.
Experience in motivating and communicating with individuals and large groups.
Demonstrated successful experience in managing a team in a medium to large size organization.
Strong business and operational skills.
