In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades

The IAM CyberArk Specialist is responsible for the management, and optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of privileged access management, security practices, and IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:

- Configure, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions.
- Manage privileged accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion.
- Implement and manage Vaulting, Secret Management, and Session Management solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to privileged access.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CyberArk solutions with existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on CyberArk products.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and best practices in privileged access security.

Educación requerida

Diploma de secundaria / GED

Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with CyberArk products.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust Security principles.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

- Relevant Certifications: CyberArk Defender or similar certifications.
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in managing CyberArk solutions in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with other PAM vendors (e.g., BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
- Revelant cybersecurity certifications such as Comptia Security+ or ISC(2) SSCP are preferred but not required.
