Zimworx is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity across all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and safeguarding company assets through strong internal controls.

Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with GAAP.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee internal controls, reconciliations, audits, and asset management.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Provide financial support and guidance to departments across the organization.
Mentor and lead members of the finance team.

Requirements:
Must be a Costa Rican citizen and resident.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
