Zimworx is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Represent Zimworx at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:
Must be a Costa Rican citizen and resident.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ or C1).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
