Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
Must be a Costa Rican citizen and resident.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ or C1).
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Work in a high-end, Class A facility.
