Zimworx is seeking driven and tech-savvy professionals to join our team as IT Support Specialists. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving technical problems while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues to higher-tier support as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues, provide clear guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams for efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
Must be a Costa Rican citizen and resident.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Experience a workplace where your health, productivity, and enjoyment are all top priorities.
Work in a high-end, Class A facility.
