You will operate as the subject matter expert responsible for representing TSI as a key stakeholder and owner across a range of software-focused tools and processes. This TPM will be central to a number of cross-team initiatives, both centrally and across distributed business teams.

You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, a work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations, and excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

Key job responsibilities
Serve as a cross-functional resource across multiple business units, both within TSI and cross-functionally with finance, legal, tax and procurement teams.

Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving by representing TSI stakeholder requirements, including scoping and implementation of third-party (3P) applications as well as design and integration of internally-developed solutions (1P).

Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and resource plans

Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues

Facilitate communication and documentation with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership, including: business requirements definition (BRDs), user stories, data flow diagrams, decision logs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), monthly business reviews (MBRs), and program updates.

Track and report on program metrics and KPIs

Improve overall organizational capability through systems, processes, and talent development.

A day in the life
This position will contribute to high-visibility deliverables impacting software procurement, sourcing, distribution, compliance assurance, rationalization and consolidation, asset governance, cost optimization, catalog management, and employee empowerment. There is ample opportunity to work across interdependent teams - including sourcing and category management, procurement, engineering and product development, legal, security, finance, business intelligence, and numerous internal customer groups - to continuously innovate and provide actionable information that improves processes, reduces risk, saves cost, and enhances the internal customer experience for Amazon knowledge workers.
