About Us
Platinum Public Adjusters helps homeowners navigate insurance claims after property damage. We partner with attorneys and support families through the litigation phase with organization, communication, and care.

Role Overview
The Litigation Specialist is the primary liaison between our clients and attorneys. You will manage documentation, communication, scheduling, and file preparation. Experience assisting in the litigation field is helpful but not required, strong administrative skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and organize claim files for litigation
• Gather and submit required documents to attorneys
• Follow up with attorneys for updates and deadlines
• Provide clients with timely case updates
• Schedule calls, meetings, and litigation tasks
• Support adjusters and management with administrative duties

Requirements
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Professional English; conversational Spanish preferred
• Reliable computer, wired internet, power backup, headset, and quiet workspace
• Ability to work during U.S. EST hours
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
