Su función y responsabilidades

As a Delivery Consultant Manager, you will lead a team of consultants and work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with clients' strategic goals. In this leadership role, you will combine technical expertise with strong people management skills to ensure world-class delivery, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will leverage your consultative skills, such as problem-solving methodologies, strategic communication, and service orientation, while guiding your team to achieve operational excellence. - Providing leadership and direction to delivery consultants, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Understanding clients' main challenges and guiding your team to develop solutions that deliver true business value across design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support phases.
- Creating and executing agile delivery plans, overseeing installation, provisioning, testing, migration to production, and day-two operations.
- Conducting and facilitating technical solution workshops, while ensuring team readiness and capability building.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels, navigating challenging discussions to reach healthy resolutions.
- Driving team performance and growth, fostering a culture of self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative, and enabling consultants to navigate data and people to find answers and present solutions.
- Promoting collaboration and communication across clients, partners, and IBM teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
