* Work on the documentation / sytem status of import and export, dry and reefer with clear focus on adhering to agreed standards to both internal and external clients.
* Mantain system dully updated as per customer requirements (invoicing, status, e-File, e-Scan, etc)
* Pro actively search for means to maximize the operations gross profit
* Make usage of all system tools to maximize the productivity
* Keep close contact with suppliers and front line / customer service peers in order to create the synergy demanded for the operation to flow smoothly
* Responsible for offering a service of quality to our customers.
