you will create a positive impact on farmer’s livelihoods and for NN through collaboration with AAA field managers and HQ partners, internal departments. You will utilize networks and innovative approaches to achieve excellence in executing projects within the AAA Program. You will manage stakeholders in the field and ensure implementation of the AAA Sustainable Quality Program strategy through projects and operations management. Ensure availability of high quality and sustainable coffee to Nespresso. Key responsibilities • Collaborate internally with the other AAA teams, in order to ensure smooth flow of data to operations • Contribute to the creation of technical content to the AAA Program, according to own and developed expertise, and according to sustainability strategy • Manage multiple projects in the area of green coffee sourcing, product innovation, and performance increase • Set KPIs for areas of responsibility, for project implementation and M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation), using the available AAA tools and systems • Gather intelligence information on sustainability, crop developments, trends, changes in the coffee sector • Report to the Green Coffee Team on a regular basis on the developments on the region and general updates • Create and deliver communication on areas of responsibility and expertise, contribute to the reputation of the company and its sustainability program, and collaborate with communication departments • Support creation of reporting data, development of the operational data analysis and reporting, with thoroughness, creation of credible / valid data through advanced statistics
Required profile • University degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness and others alike • Min 4 years’ experience in the fields of coffee sustainability • Proven experience in Project Management • Experience with data management, and analysis • Written and spoken Proficiency in English and Spanish • Willingness to consider up to 40% of travelling
