SUMMARY: Coordinate and verify that the execution of the service instructions received from all the clients ensuring that services are performed to the satisfaction of the client. Verify all the documents that have been delivered for the respective customs management and is responsible for the accuracy with which they are handled to avoid delays in all procedures before the customs authority.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow established procedures to ensure that instructions are transferred to the operations department correctly and to monitor the execution of the service.
2. Receive and analyze the documentation provided by the clients necessary for the release and customs clearance of their shipments, requiring corrections to them as necessary.
3. Define the customs regime to be used for the declaration that is currently being managed. Handles the customs regulatory aspects and the relationship with the customs authorities in Costa Rica
4. Verify the classification ranges to be used for each line of the declaration and ensure that they are in accordance with the product to be imported or exported according to the documents or information provided by the clients.
5. To marginalize the customs declarations of import and export and to transmit the customs declarations to obtain the electronic signature and selectivity of the same.
6. Coordinate with the managers of the different customs offices of the country the preparation of the complete sets of documents and verify them, prior to the presentation of each declaration before the customs authority,
7. Confirm the account manager or customer service specialist immediately authorized each statement so that it keeps each client informed as appropriate. Coordinate with this the anticipated billing of the services rendered and the timely delivery of the same to the clients.
8. Review and require authorization of settlements of expenses, payments, and requests for checks, related to your area of responsibility.
9. Prepare or generate weekly audit reports in DUA's, Procedures,
10. Resolve procedures or cases before the corresponding customs office together with the customs agent.
11. Follow-up on all procedures once finalized are invoiced in no more than 24 hours after all documentation is delivered to the invoice.
12. Consult the customs, Ministry of Finance, Procomer and customs agent, the correct registration of a new product.
13. Other responsibilities assigned to you
EDUCATION: bachelor’s degree in business, Customs administration or a related field Desired; or a combination of post high school education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years’ experience working in logistics and warehouse and customs or related.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Microsoft Office, delimp, delex, delta, TICA
