DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Fresh Grocery Support Team (F3RS) team's primary focus is to support Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and Grocery Partner brands across different programs to drive revenue and achieve business critical goals. We support grocery businesses through the execution of functional SOP across Retail pillars such as: Catalog, Marketing, Merchandising, Selection, Expansion, Pricing, Promotions, Instock Management, Distributors/Hubs Management, among others.

F3RS is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and execute high-priority projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience within our grocery business. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program/product managers, Vendor Managers, as well as Tech and Marketing teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Ambiguity: Take charge of cross-functional, high-impact projects geared towards improving the customer experience in the grocery business.
- Scope and Influence: Work closely with program/product managers, Vendor Managers, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiencies continually.
- Communication: Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying and pursuing collaboration opportunities to deliver high-impact customer experience projects.
- Metrics Analysis: Regularly analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance processes.

About the team
The Amazon Grocery Support team (F3RS) is an organization that has been supporting NA Grocery businesses over the past five years across multiple functional responsibilities ranging from: marketing, catalog, events management, merchandising, category management, expansion, and program management. F3RS currently serves as main solutions partner for Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and Grocery Partners through portfolio management and tactical solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution of high-impact projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from metrics and drive data-based decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize SOPs for operational efficiency.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Graduate of a Two Year University Degree or Higher
- Proficient extracting and processing data using SQL
- Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis (skilled in using one or more of R/SPSS/SAS/Python and etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to be creative and solve analytical problems with a passion for excellent service
- Self-starter, strong drive, proactive, diligent and result oriented
- Ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent
