Introducción

Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for executing key onboarding tasks, including managing the onboarding process for United States and Canada [Quebec region]. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition of onboarding responsibilities, providing a high level of service to both new hires and internal stakeholders.

Su función y responsabilidades

Our Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature digital experience for our new hires. Onboard Success Coordinator will be responsible to craft a digital signature experience that is both informative, engaging and ensures strong start at IBM. Role of onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1.

The goal is to provide candidates with an impactful digital experience from offer acceptance onwards. Our Onboarding success Coordinator play an important part to improve the onboarding experience and build a feeling of personalized support as they guide candidates through the onboarding process in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Process Execution:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from offer acceptance to start date.
- Handle all relevant onboarding activities, including the preparation and issuance of harmonization, welcome, and retention letters.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that new hire profiles are completed in systems such as SAP Success Factor, meeting required timelines.

- Communication and Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into IBM. French-speaking skills are required
- Support high-touch onboarding services for employees who are part of an acquisition or outsourcing deal, recognizing the sensitivities involved in such transitions.
- Fluency in English and French
- MS Tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with new hires, managers, and cross-functional teams.
