DESCRIPTION

As a Program Manager at Prime Air, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in our dynamic environment. You'll design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions while working independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address complex operational challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations.
You'll champion change and standardization across our network, establishing frameworks for on-site continuous improvement and ensuring methodologies are globally aligned. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen/PDCA principles will be crucial as you drive the implementation of Lean Standard Work at all levels. In this fast-paced environment, you'll conduct Gemba walks, coordinate improvement projects, and work closely with stakeholders worldwide to implement both local and network-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, possessing strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable adapting strategies and plans in response to changing business requirements while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Your proven track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel, combined with your ability to build relationships with global stakeholders, will be essential for success in this role. Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and demonstrated experience in program management are key requirements.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage project requirements, budgets, design, and implementation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and process mapping
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions
- Drive standardization of best practices globally
- Set and manage project scope, timelines, and resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate top-down and bottom-up change initiatives
- Balance stakeholder expectations and operational requirements
- Conduct Gemba walks and implement improvement projects
- Coach teams on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques
- Implement Lean Standard Work principles
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Lead process change management and address resistance to change

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in Lean methodologies
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience working with clients
