Amazon Selling Partner Developer Services is looking for a Risk Specialist to enable Sellers and Vendors to discover third-party and first-party offered services to automate, manage and expand their business globally, and improve Amazon controller ship over the Developer and Provider space on the on boarding team. This role is responsible for ensuring we provide the safest and most reliable platform to protect our Sellers.
As a Developer and Provider Risk Investigator, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to requests for account analysis and derive best practices. You will also be responsible for identifying and surfacing gaps in process & policies to the broader team to help mitigate them.

Key job responsibilities

- Manage external Developer and Provider risk vetting and onboarding to the Selling Partner Appstore and Selling Partner Network.
- Monitor Developer and Provider performance and take appropriate actions as necessary.
- Action new and existing Developer and Provider cases with the end goal of resolution.
- Manage communication to providers for policy or performance initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 1 year working experience in Investigation and Escalations
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Seller business and investigative tools and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluency in at least one other language
- Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channel.
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of the multi-channel eCommerce SaaS ecosystem
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
- Strong judgement
- Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to make decisions in a timely manner with incomplete or ambiguous information
- Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a global team environment.
