Key Job Responsibilities
The Account Executive's primary responsibility will be to manage and convert incoming leads and inquiries into successful business opportunities for the company. This role will be responding to prospects through phone, email, or other communication channels to provide product information, build relationships, and close sales.
Lead Qualification: Knowledge of evaluating and qualifying incoming leads to identify the best opportunities. Comfort in engaging with all levels (Management to C-Suite) is needed.
Lead Response Management: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries from sellers and engage them in meaningful conversations
Guide product discovery, highlight benefits, and address questions or concerns
Support account sign-up process and channel connection
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with sellers through effective communication and active listening
Understand seller needs, challenges, and goals to position our offering as a valuable solution
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep technical understanding of our product, including Power features, its benefits, and competitive advantages
Articulate this information clearly and consultatively to sellers, highlighting how our offering can meet their specific requirements
Sales Presentations:
Deliver informative product demonstrations to interested sellers via video communication
Consultation and Solution Design:
Provide consultative guidance to address seller needs and concerns
Recommend appropriate solutions and configurations based on seller requirements
Sales Closing:
Guide qualified leads through the decision-making process to achieve active seller status
Sales Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on lead conversion rates, activities, and pipeline progress using Salesforce
Provide regular updates on conversion performance, Voice of the seller, and key learnings to the sales manager o
