Su función y responsabilidades
As an Employee Referral Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving the success of our referral program specifically focused on executive-referred candidates. You will serve as the primary point of contact for executives, supporting them and recruiting colleagues throughout the referral process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the executive referral program, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for all stakeholders.
- Ensuring the referral process is executed with integrity, transparency, and in alignment with ethical standards.
- Supporting recruiting teams and executives by providing guidance on referral submissions, bonus eligibility, and candidate status updates.
- Acting as the main liaison for executives, gathering feedback, resolving inquiries, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Tracking and monitoring referral candidates to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Collaborating with global referral specialists to enhance and scale services through automation and internal AI tools.
- Partnering with team members on global projects aimed at solving challenges and innovating within the referral program.
Educación requerida
Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Programs: Proven experience supporting or managing referral programs, recruiting operations, or similar HR initiatives.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Ability to build trust and maintain effective communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Skills: Experience leading initiatives, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Skilled in tracking candidate pipelines, identifying trends, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Process Integrity and Ethics: Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and ensuring fairness in program execution.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Comfortable working with global teams and contributing to shared goals and projects.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, gather feedback, and implement improvements in a dynamic environment.
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
