Job Description

The recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end requisition lifecycle, from posting through initiation of pre-employment activities. They own candidate generation primarily through candidate applications, referrals and matching-to requisitions and will partner with the sourcing team, as needed. They work with a large pool of candidates, partner closely with Lead Recriters, Hiring Managers and Talent Care Advisors to provide a qualified candidate pool, manage the interview process and ensure the timely filling of the requisitions. They will partner with Lead Recruiters on how to improve existing strategies and provide feedback using analytics. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for helping others, the ability to flex and adjust to support a variety of hiring approaches and a background in recruitment of healthcare professionals in the United States market. They will act as the first point of contact for active candidates and will be able to convey the client's EVP and talk knowledgably about the company,
