AISC Installation Coordinator • Canada customers: Advanced in both English and French languages
AISC Installation Coordinators handle the end to end process for AMS installation requests where multiple tasks are completed as described below.
Role Description
Operational tasks:
Responsible to perform the following operational activities which may vary depending on the area or sub regions that the installation coordinators are supporting:
Monitor proactive reports and validate their contact information
Case creation for installation services and other services under the team’s scope

Sub case creation for cases and search for skillful resources
?Process e-mail and share point requests
?Receive customer’s call through the applicable phone lines
?Support the revenue process for per event activities when applicable
?Follow up standard processes and any specific requests based on the business policies
Mandatory skills:
? Excellent customer service and attitude
? Be able to work under stress
? Quick learning and team player
? Attention to details and quality
? Problem solving
? Basic PC skills: Windows 7 and MS Office end user proficiency
? Languages: Advanced in both English and French languages
Schedule:
Schedule flexibility according to business needs, schedule start time can be from 4am to 10am Monday to Friday. Occasionally, depending on the supported country in AMS, work may be required during official Costa Rica Holidays.
