The Online Marketing Manager is a key player on our team, contributing to strategize, implement and optimize high-volume media campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and build complex search/display marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with web/content development teams to ensure marketing flows and keyword
density is consistent with campaign goals
- Monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure continuous growth Test and implement frequent
campaign optimizations Generate weekly performance reports and report findings/suggestions to team
Required Skills and Characteristics:
- Possess a basic understanding and passion for marketing and consumer behavior
- Have at least 1 to 2 years of experience managing large-scale, high-volume Google Adwords campaigns
- Excel at managing large volumes of data
- Possess the ability to leverage word connotations in predicting consumer behavior
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess both a creative and analytical skill set
- Possess an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Be a team player, willing to work outside the scope of designated job responsibilities
- Possess a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken word
- Be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Have expert level Microsoft Excel skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science, Online Advertising, Digital Marketing or similar §? SEM/SEO proven experience
- Verbal/Written English proficiency at 100% is a must
