Directs accounting/financial activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
assume responsibility for daily operations of payroll taxes, accounts receivable, payables, cash flow management, inventory control, homeowners association transactions and other related accounting functions.
Work with CPA firm in running day to day operations, possibly leaving monthly and quarterly reporting to the firm. Using existing software, prepares reports which summarize company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations and/or department. Respond to management requests for data analysis.
Collects data and prepares VAT and Sales Tax forms. Works with HR department in preparation of Payroll and CCSS payments. Preparation of CCSS and INS data forms, and payment. Assist with various insurance policies related to the operation.
Work with Security Team to establish policy and protocol to protect assets and revenue collection. Ensure all setting POS and PMS systems are correctly collecting revenue/issuing credit.
Assist with depreciation schedules and asset inventory for CPA firm.
Supervisory Responsibilities may directly and indirectly supervises employees in the Accounting / Inventory areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
