HRSS – NEM is the process to assist Citi managers with the process of data management for non-employees. Fieldglass is a full life cycle management tool that supports the fulfillment processes from Requisition, Onboarding, Payment and Termination. The Customer Service Analyst will report to the Operations Manager and support the LATAM region and will be responsible for:• Developing relationships with users across the business (Hiring managers and HR) to thoroughly understand their business and culture• Establishing partnerships with key suppliers participating in Citi’s preferred supplier program• Facilitating and managing the end to end Non-employee data entry process• Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (program documentation, reporting and metrics) to be followed internally by Citi as well as externally by our suppliers• Ensure client satisfaction with the Non-employee management program• Measure and report compliance to Customer Service Level Agreements and cost savings objectives including: Start and end dates management• Responsible for problem resolution and communication• Other duties as assigned by management HRSS – NEM is the process to assist Citi managers with the process of data management for non-employees.
