Utilizes general Recruitment and HR Operations knowledge to provide first level supervision for Talent Recruitment Coordinators in the Regional CBS Center. Responsible to provide leadership in developing and executing overall recruiting coordination, while providing a world class client and candidate experience.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop, implement and execute recruitment services/operations strategies, policies, programs and processes.
People, budget and resources management.
Relationships Management
HR Services/Operations governance and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of recruiting or HR experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team for high performance
Demonstrated business acumen, business partnering skills and results orientation
Excellent oral and written communication skills in english.
Strong process orientation
Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels
General knowledge and understanding of US & Canadian employment laws, valuing differences and culturally competent selection processes
Solid organizational skills and detail orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruiting Coordination related experience
HR Operations experience in Shared Services Centers or start up environments
