Job Purpose:This position supports the Citi Wealth Management Latin America (WMLA)/Bahamas Cluster controller reporting team. The analyst should possess excellent judgement, have strong analytical skills and a control mindset. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of finance and accounting systems/operations plus strong and extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting, and experience working in large Financial Services or Banking Multinationals. The incumbent will perform data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting of monthly WMLA Financials and will partner closely with WMLA Regional Reporting team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all reporting is accurate and timely. The incumbent will also be expected to participate on simultaneous reconciliations, identify issues and exceptions, and communicate effectively to regional partners. Key Responsibilities:1. Manage execution while providing appropriate feedback to regional team.2. Prepare Financials for presetantion to WMLA Cluster Controller including Executive/Management Reports3. Validate and upload Transfer Pricing Rates to the Datawarehouse4. Consolidate and reconcile Monthly Financials5. Calculate and validate Net Revenue From Funds (NRFF)6. Calculate and validate Spreads by Segment/Product7. Upload LLR adjustments to the GL8. Calculate and prepare Financial Management Adjustments9. Calculate handoff for Revenue Sharing agreements10. Upload and consolidate data in Essbase11. Run Essbase queries12. Consolidate and reconcile Financial Reports13. Validate financials in corporate systems, CRC, FRS, Pearl, Full Suite14. Prepare Executive/Management Reports15. Facilitate Ad Hoc and Special Requests for Financial information16. Perform Datawarehouse queries using Business Objects17. Prepare and upload General Ledger entries
