Your Role and Responsibilities
The Invoice Processing Analyst - Procure to Pay (P2P) is responsible for invoice processing query resolution, indexing and Invoice adjustments.
As a Invoice Processing Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Invoice verification and processing accurately and timely
- Prioritize processing of urgent/ageing invoices and be a part of Compliance to SOX - e.g. documents to be posted after due Approval
- Manage Affiliate queries through calls and emails
- Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge in PTP
- English: Basic
- Advanced Portuguese

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Tech. diploma in accounting
- English: Basic
